Floor deck with truss

Truss floor support plate, also known as reinforcement truss formwork, is a combined structural system formed by processing the main stressed reinforcement in the floor slab into reinforcement truss with special equipment in the factory, and then welding the reinforcement truss and galvanized steel plate into one. In the construction stage of structural floor slab, the system replaces the construction formwork with galvanized steel plate, and bears the dead weight of floor slab concrete and construction load together with the truss structure formed by welding reinforcement in the structure. After pouring concrete, a reinforced truss concrete floor slab is formed, which bears the service load in the service stage.

Truss floor bearing plate has the characteristics of economy, convenience, safety and reliability. At present, it is widely used in multi-storey plants, multi-storey, high-rise, high-rise steel structure buildings, various irregular floors, various precast slabs, high-speed railways and other structural and architectural fields.
